Rates & Hours

RESERVATIONS:
Each reservation allows for up to 2-Adults and 2-Children (family of four) and includes 1 vehicle.
Additional people may stay in the same reservation for additional person(s):
Monthly – $25 per person
Extra Trailer(s) – $25-each per month

Check-In Check-Out: Check-In time is at 2:00 PM. Check-Out is at 12:00 PM. Late departure/check-out
may be possible if your site is not reserved for the upcoming night.

CANCELLATIONS:
For daily, weekly, and monthly reservations, cancellations must be made at least 8 days in advance of
your arrival day for a refund to be issued, minus a $25 cancellation fee.

Quiet Time: Quiet time are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM every day. Any and all visitors must
depart the property by 10:00 PM each night. No loud noise, loud music, partying, or working on
projects without management approval.

Payments and Refunds: Full payment for your stay is required at the time of check-in. Copper Ridge RV
Park accepts Credit Card, Cash, or Check.

Showers/Restroom: The showers/restroom are open 24 hours a day 7 days a week – do not share codes
with non-residents. NO pets or smoking inside. We try and keep our facilities neat and clean at all times.
Please be respectful of these shared areas. Report any maintenance issues to management immediately
– we reserve the right to discontinue hours if rules are not observed.

NOTE: All RVs or Travel Trailers must be in good working order and appearance. We reserve the right to
refuse access to any guests whose vehicle is deemed to be unacceptable by staff.
