Rates & Hours

RESERVATIONS:
Valid Federal or State ID Required on all upon arrival
Each reservation allows for up to 2-Adults and 2-Children (family of four) and includes 1 vehicle.
Additional people may stay in the same reservation for additional person(s):
Monthly – $25 per person
Extra Trailer(s)/Vehicles: $25 each per month

PAYMENTS and REFUNDS

Full payment for your stay is required at the time of check-in.

Copper Ridge RV Park accepts Credit Card, Cash, or Check (no partial payments accepted).

• NOTE – Copper Ridge RV Park does not refund unused nights, nor pro-rate fees in the event you choose to leave before your reserved stay ends.

Sat. & Sun – By Appointment Only

QUITE HOURS

Quiet HOURS are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM every day.

Any and all visitors must depart the property by 10:00 PM each night.

No loud noise, loud music, partying, ETC.

NO MECHANIC WORK OR working on projects without management approval.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

Check-In time is at 2:00 PM. Check-Out is at 12:00 PM.

NOTE: Late departure/check-out may be possible if your site is not reserved for the upcoming night (please check with RV Park Management).

PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

Full payment for your stay is required at the time of check-in.

Copper Ridge RV Park accepts Credit Card, Cash, or Checks (with valid State Drivers License)

CONDITION OF RV’S

All RVs or Travel Trailers must be in good working order and appearance.

We reserve the right to refuse access to any guests whose vehicle is deemed to be unacceptable upon arrival.

Failure to follow rules are grounds forfeit your stay at Copper Ridge RV Park.

Aggressive behavior will not be tolerated.

CANCELLATIONS

For daily, weekly, and monthly reservations, cancellations must be made at least 8 days in advance of

your arrival day for a refund to be issued, minus a $25 cancellation fee.

SHOWERS / RESTROOMS

The showers/restroom are open 24 hours a day 7 days a week

NO pets or smoking inside showers/bathrooms.

We try and keep our facilities neat and clean at all times – cleanup after yourself.

NOTE: Please be respectful of these shared areas. Report any maintenance issues to management immediately

– we reserve the right to discontinue hours if rules are not observed.

PET POLICY

Please respect the following rules:

1) Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times and you must be holding the other end of that leash. Do not tie pets to hookups or trees. Do not let them dig holes.

2) No dogs can be left unattended outdoors, either leashed or penned.

3) Please be a good neighbor and keep your pet from excessive barking which may annoy your neighbors.

4) To enable us to keep our pet friendly policy, please clean up after your pet and dispose of any pet discharge in proper containers.

5) Pet Deposit Required: $25 per pet – Limit 2 Dogs per RV Site – No aggressive Breeds allowed in Park (regardless of training).

6) $25 fee will be assessed if Park Host has to clean-up yard prior to mowing.
